Welcome to the Tall Ships 2000 section.  Halifax Harbour and its waterfront were absolutely hopping in late July of 2000 when the world's Tall Ships arrived as part of their cross-Atlantic race.  The waterfront has never been so busy.

As with the 1984 tall ships visit, the summer weather more than cooperated to help provide Nova Scotia residents, tourists and the ships' crews themselves with a wonderful festive atmosphere.  Click below to see some images of the Tall Ships.
